Product Quality Complaint

If the return is related to the following issues, please contact 844-386-4968, as this is considered a product quality complaint. You will be asked to provide additional details around the issue that you are experiencing with the item. Please have the item lot number available, which may be found on a tag inside the item or on the original packaging.

Reasons for Product Complaint:

  • Item is defective/does not work as expected
  • Item is broken
  • Item is damaged

 

Return and Refund Request

If the return request is not related to a product complaint, please email your return request to carryingcases@taylor.com. Your request will be processed within 1-2 business days.

If you are requesting a refund, please do so within 30 days of receipt of your order. You will need to include the details of the return request in your email. A Fed-Ex return label will be sent so you via the email address you provide to return the product. Please indicate your order number and one of the reasons for the return from the list below. We will refund the credit card used to make this purchase within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Too small
  • Too large
  • Bought wrong size
  • Style not as expected
  • Wrong item was sent
  • Item arrived too late
  • Received extra item I didn’t buy (no refund needed)
  • Inaccurate website description

 

Exchange Request

If the exchange request is not related to a product quality complaint, please email your request to carryingcases@taylor.com. Your request will be processed within 1-2 business days.

If an exchange is needed based on sizing or wrong item purchased, please include the details of the exchange request in your email. A Fed-Ex return label will be sent so you via the email address you provide to return the product. Please indicate your order number and one of the reasons for the exchange from the list below.

  • Too large
  • Bought wrong size
  • Style not as expected
